His supporting staff is very good.

Dr. Biscette is very knowledgeable of my rare eye condition. He’s patient and kind when answering questions and concerns. This condition can be scary, but Dr. Biscette and his staff make it less so.

No shops don’t need to come back for 1 year

Pre-appointment testing was cordial and efficient. I appreciate that Dr. Biscette takes the least invasive approach to preserving my vision and is conscientious about follow-up.

LOEYE is quite the place for seeing lots of people. Go here, wait, go there, wait, go here, wait. Never feels good to go into a waiting room that is nearly full,. But with all the shuffling around time did pass, and your seat changed for maximum exposure to the germs of ALL the people that were there. Dr. Biscette was cooly professional and competant but it would have been nice if he spoke to me as a person before the laser procedure instead of my feeling like he was reciting a canned speech. It would also have been nice to have had more of an explaination of what to expect after the surgery so I would not have been concerned on a Saturday night about what was a side effect of the surgery. Judging by the number of people he ran through the office in the times I have been there, I'd say he was bored. Lastly, a lthough I was referred by an optomitrist he offered to set me up with one of theirs. Not cool - he should have asked looked at the record or asked if I already had one.

Dr Bessette normally gets me out very quickly when I appear at the appointment time. He is skilled at eye injections and I have learned to have great confidence in his diagnosis and also in his treatment. :-)

I listened to him. He told me I didn’t. I have had this test with other doctors and have never had as hard a time with any of them. He suggested I have a Laser procedure done. I agreed. I was listening to his instructions and he kept telling me to not look away. I had him stop for a minute while I explain to him that I am following his direction. When he restarted, he tells me not to talk. The light was very bright and appeared to be right where I was looking. Since he told me not to talk, I turned my head. He then tells me I should have said something. He told me not to talk. A doctor is best when they understand that they are used to these procedures but the patient is not and doesn’t know what to expect, or how to react, unless it is explained to them.Once Dr Biscette was told that I was listening to him, he should have tried to understand what was causing my eye to do something unexpected. Instead, he told me to do what he asks and not to talk.

Everyone is vety caring. My eyesight is iiimoroving since I started izervay. Thanks to Dr. Bissett for taking good care of my eyesight for many years.

Dr. Biscette is excellent. He took great care of my torn retina, explained everything about the laser procedure clearly and restored my sight. I am forever grateful.

Everyone there was so nice. The doc is a man of few words but he is so good he has a commanding presence.

His office and staff were fine. However, his expertise at eye surgery leaves much to be desired. He performed a retinal detachment surgery and now I can not focus enough to drive, read, or even watch tv! I am going to a specialist at the U of M to try to fix whatever he did wrong.

Dr. Biscette performed a very thorough eye examination. I felt very confident in his care.
