Dr Sancaktar is attentive, skilled, professional and caring. He is responsive to questions and concerns and follows through as appropriate. He tailors care to the patient's unique needs. His experience is considerable and evokes trust and confidence.

Came in scared & frightened with acute cardiac symptoms. Left feeling safe & trusting in Dr. Sancaktar’s care!! From his staff, to him, they are all wonderful & very knowledgeable!! You are able to get in touch with a nurse on the same day, usually with in the hour if not right away!! Dr. Sancaktar & the nurses are very compassionate and understanding. They explain all that’s going on in your own terms, patient & understanding. You never feel rushed!!!

I’m satisfied with the care provided by this physician. He’s answered critical questions regarding my diagnosis and provided data to document the findings and prognosis. It is with pleasure that I recommend Dr Sancaktar. I had been experiencing pain in my left shoulder and arm. I contacted my primary Doctor and he suggested that we look at the practice since he had heard very good things about the doctors. I received a call from the office to make my initial appointment. The scheduler said I would be seeing Dr Sancaktar for my visit; I did meet the doctor. I told him of my painful shoulder and arm and he stated that there was a concern for me since I had had breast cancer 7 years earlier and had received a large amount of radiation as part of my treatment. He stated that studies had shown that the radiation could cause damage in both the arteries and valves of the heart. He scheduled the necessary tests and it was found that I indeed needed to have both bypass surgery as well as a new mitral valve. Dr Sancaktar introduced me to Dr. Michael Firstenberg who would be the Cardiovascular surgeon who would do my surgery. An excellent doctor for sure.

I am a new patient of Dr. Sancaktar. I have only met with him one time. He has ordered two tests for me to be taken within this next week. He seemed very professional, not “stuffy” and know it all, was proactive on what I need to have done to make an accurate diagnosis for my future well being. He spoke to me so that I could understand and not some jibberish that people with degrees behind their name often do. He didn’t seem to rush me through his office. I appreciate his kindness and helpful comments.

Dr. Sancaktar is always willing to take the time to answer questions and address any concerns you have. Many doctors race you out of the office but he is not one of them. He provides you with the time needed and never shuts you down when asking questions.
