Dr. Ori Hampel, MD

Very long waits for appointments however office staff seems friendly and caring during visit. However, very hard to get response when phoning office. No one seems to answer the phone, messages left are generally ignored. Exception, Appointment desk answers or returns calls as promised.

I waited for more than an hour and a half past my appointment time. The office staff seemed more interested in my insurance information than they did in me and the reasons for my referral to the office. I have been waiting for five days to hear from them about my test results, despite calling each day for the past four days. I was very pleased with the doctor and the nurse practitioner who are handling my case, however. I found them to be professional and caring.

Dr. Hampel , our experience with Dr. Hampel has been mos satisfactory. One of the hardest working Doctors I have ever seen. Cares deeply for his patients and when needed, has a very comforting bedside manner. In addition to his credit, we need to mention PN, Justin, always very kind considerate and informative. I would be remiss if I failed to mention his lovely Nurse, Isela. She is not only beautiful but so kind and helpful. In a brief nut shell, I guess Dr. Hampel and assistants are just great! We always come to the Webster office. The Dukes

Dr Hampel is an excellent physician. He has been my urologist for the past 12 yrs. Very Professional and always takes the time to discuss your health needs and answer any questions.

Did a great job with a vasectomy. It barely hurt.

I believe Dr Hampel to be an excellent physician however the office is poorly run. I have had this issue 2X now... My father has dementia and has to be catheterized frequently and 2X infection which office gets lab report but refuses to handle it, saying doctor in another office and to take my dad to the ER. To put him through additional unnecessary testing and long wait in ER while I and my mother deal with the emotional issues of dementia is absolutely ridiculous.

On my initial visit it took two hours waiting in the waiting room before I could see the doctor. Subsequently, to get a copy of my lab required a 30 minute wait. Worst run front office in my experience

Dr. Hampel performed a radical prostatectomy on me late last year. I had read all the literature regarding recovery times and the impact it would have on life. I am VERY happy to say that in a short period of time I have had an amazing recovery. Thank you Dr. Hampel for giving me back my quality of life!

What a great surgeon and soul.

My husband used this doctor several years ago. Was not pleased with the care, so changed to a different doctor. We received a bill from him today. When we called to inquire, it was 2013! Three years ago and this is the first statement???? His office staff apparently offers the same level of service as Dr. Hampel!

The wait time are ridiculous. There is hardly any parking the staff is ok. The staff is not very personable and there never smile. I have been here 4 times and I have never had a good experience here. I have always waited 2 hours in the waiting room and at least 15-20 in the exam room. I was 15 minutes late today and even though I wait 2 1/2 hours for the Dr each visit I was told I could not be seen. NOT IMPRESSED TIME TO SPEND MY MONEY ELSEWHERE
