Ordered test to find the problem was concerned and caring about the pain my body is in and listen to what I had to say without rushing me or running out of the room I think I’m going to be very happy with my new Dr

Customer service of Dr. Esposo lack common courtesy as well as professionalism. I contacted the office regarding a billing matter and the woman who identified herself as the manager of the office was very rude the entire conversation with no desire to get a resolution to the problem I was facing. I really hope that this is not a regular practice as it is not a good look at all. Everyone should be treated with fairness and respect at all times when in the work place no exception.
