Excellent Doctor - been seeing him for over 10 yrs

I love that Doctor Suarez takes his time to answer ALL of your questions. It is very easy to talk to him. Wait times vary from 20 minutes to almost 3 hours but I was told that he got extremely overbooked on the day I waited that long. Regardless, I will continue to see him because I trust him and Dr.'s like him are very difficult to find!

This is very unfortunate because Dr. Suarez is a great dr! He is friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and well educated. On the other hand, the office he works for is the absolute WORST! They are impossible to reach over the phone, they are very unprofessional and not friendly at all. I was once immediately put on hold and of course they forgot about me so the line got disconnected. They are not caring or helpful or willing to answer questions. When calling the office, the line rings forever and they always want you to leave a voicemail which they never answer or get back to you. I would love to keep Dr. Suarez as my Dr, but the horrible office visits will definitely keep me away!
