Dr palmer spent a total of six minutes with my mother at a 11:00 am appointment and then sent her to do a hearing test. She was told to do it right away and try to return to his office by 1:00pm. She did the test and returned only to be told he was gone and would be out of office for twenty days at his overseas office. She was not told this during or before the appointment. He collected for his visit and she paid for the hearing test as well only to be left in pain at the end of this. Shame
