AVOID! Rude, condescending
Rude and condescending from moment 1. Additionally, a liar. He put a whole bunch of dianoses in my chart with no evidence. Good luck getting that stuff removed.

Dr. Schwartz is a thorough, caring physician. Both encounters with him were informative and reassuring. His pleasant demeanor and approach is replicated with his office staff. Everyone I dealt with: nurse, receptionist, and sleep study personnel were accommodating and respectful of my time and questions. I recommend Dr. Schwartz with upmost confidence!

I went through 3 sleep studies with my spouse who has sleep apnea. We see him in his office but after that you are always referred to the therapist for help. He does not follow Medicare compliance well. On the last sleep test he failed to comply with protocol on testing with a new device - the Bi-Pap machine. We took the test but Dr. Schwartz did not ask to see us. Now Medicare wants us to see him first and then take another test. I will not take my disabled spouse to him again!

After meeting for a grand total of 15 minutes I was told to keep a sleep journal, which I already had in hand. I got no recommendations about sleep studies or any real useful help. I wouldn't recommend

Dr Swartz is a very compassionate expert in my opinion, I know other Drs at Barnes do too was referred to the best Ia bipap machine and dr Swartz is working with me to improve my sleep quality I didnt realize the severity & seriousness of my apnea until I started seeing him. I went from 4 to 7 hrs of sleep initially. He is still patiently working with me as I have also had breast cancer. I have seen multiple Drs and none compare! has a wonderful sense of humour & always makes me laugh
