Dr Gutierrez is a knowledge caring physician with a friendly staff. He neither wastes your time nor rushes you. Appointments are readily available and the wait time before visits is not excessive by Laredo standards.

My mothers physician was unavailable, so I reached out to Dr. Gutierrez who covers for my physician at times. He carved time out of his busy schedule to assist me in filling out some documents that I needed completed. He had his staff set up appt the day after my initial call! My deepest thanks to him and to his friendly and professional staff for their timely assistance in my hour of need. This is going above and beyond his responsibilities...again, many thanks! One very happy customer! :)
