Had a procedure for carpal tunnel release this morning with Dr. Ala. From our initial meeting in the office to the procedure he was very thorough and informative. I had had my other wrist done earlier this year so I appreciated that he didn't try to over explain what I already knew and let me decide my course of action within reason. His entire team has been fantastic. Professional, strong customer service & good bedside manner. I highly recommend this surgeon and this office to anyone.

Due to Dr. Ala's inattention and busyness, my finger will never again be fully functional. He merely had a splint placed on it, gave me instructions to leave it on, then had it removed leaving me to discover if it might bend more with time. It hasn't, and I can no longer grasp well with my dominant hand. For the rest of my life I will be disabled because he was too busy to take the time to really assess my situation and help me.

Dr.Ala did a great job at explaining everything that was going to happen during my procedure. He was also very attentive to my questions and concerns regarding the procedure. He answered all of my questions, and was extremely professional!
