Careless doctor
This doctor shouldn’t be Geriatric doctor. He does not care about elderly people. My mom came in to see him end of July. She needed blood work done but the doctor office wouldn’t fax or email to the lab and said we have to go to their office to pick up because the lab office except email or fax. After picked up and brought to the lab office they said it could be emailed. And 1 1/2 month later we called and asked if she about medication if she could take and he would not respond. He had his assistant Jessica answered and said the he needs to see my mom again to answer any questions regarding her medications because she didn’t asked when her last visit!. And he suggested that my mom find a in home physician if she doesn’t come in to see him for questions. Omg! I never experience any doctor like this. Answering patient questions does not makes money only visit make money. He doesn’t care for elderly patients. If you care for your parents please take them somewhere else.

I never had the need to have a PCP - now that I do I am so happy I went to Dr. Capocyan. He has diagnosed my problem and continues to run test to make sure everything is running as it should. I also treat with his wife Dr. Capocyan for my woman needs and I am beyond satisfied with both of their services. Their office and staff are amazing. They are both very thorough and explain everything and answer as many questions as I had.

He writes prescriptions, but does not listen, remember, care or communicate well. Elderly people need to be treated with the same concern, respect and dignity as a younger person. He does not do that. His office is disorganized, lots of turnover, chaotic. I suspect that comes from him. Many problems with medications. Would never recommend.

Office does not return calls and phone lines never work. Impossible to reach anyone there. Phone lines haven't worked in months and it doesn't appear anything is being done to fix them. Never have not been able to reach a physician because their phone lines "aren't working right" for over 3-4 months. Hope you never need them in an emergency.
