Dr Narra and her staff are excellent! We've been in the Vanderbilt system most of our adult lives as alumni and on boards and volunteered. She's a real find for me and I'm grateful for her.

Dr Narra is the most thorough doctor I have ever had. She listened and was not rushed.

Visits with Dr Narra were fine, the problem is with her staff completing lab orders, follow-up, responding to calls. It doesn't happen. I am seeking a new doc.

I have been a patient of Dr. Narra's for several years. I think she is one of most caring and brilliant Doctors that I have ever been to. She really takes care of her patients. If I need anything, I can leave a message and one of her extraordinary staff, Brittney, Ashley or Brandy, calls me immediately and in several instances Dr Narra will call. Needed Prescriptions refills are authorized immediately and the authorization sent to my pharmacy. When I need an appointment I am seen quickly. About three weeks ago, I needed a CAT Scan. One call from her and I had an appointment in 10 minutes. When the Scan was finished, I was told to just wait a few minutes and in less then 10 minutes, Dr Narra was on the phone telling me the results. This community is blessed to have her part of our wonderful healthcare system

I've been seeing Dr. Narra as my physician for several years now and have had a great experience as her patient. She is kind and caring and always takes her time so that you never feel rushed. The nurses are nice and the office is neat and organized.

I love the fact that Dr.Narra takes the time to listen to me and addresses my medical problems, she came highly recommended from my friends at church, and now my whole family sees her and we are very happy to have found her. Dr. Narra listens very well, seeks to understand what is going on with me and patiently assists in putting together a plan to facilitate good health practices and solutions to my health concerns. I am very comfortable with trusting her decisions, as she seeks to ensure that any medication, that I am taking is working with minimal side effects. Her staff are friendly, patient and efficient in gathering information as needed and at the same time, make my visits as pleasant as can be expected.
