Telehealth
My husband has seen Dr Bollam after a TBI for about 4 years. I am actively in the visits and Dr Bollam is patient and very kind. She has a lot of knowledge of medicines and therapies that are effective for post traumatic brain injuries.

Dr. Bollam informed me after being referred to her by a Barrows doctor that I was not a fit to her specialties. Perhaps she needs to rewrite her specialities since mine matched her interests. She told me to look for another doctor. At the second visit I told her I was not having any progress in finding a Doctor that took medicare. She referred me to a cash pay only Doctor. Thanks. My last visit she gave me a list. Would this not have been more appropriate on the first visit. Would not recommend as even the sessions were repetitive and non productive.

Dr Bollam is a very caring, kind doctor. She listens and analyze what is going wrong. I feel regretted that she is leaving St Joseph.

I tend to be quite critical of doctors. Dr. Bollam is the most incredible doctor that my husband and I have interacted with (and there have been many). She is amazing.

My experience with this doctor was very poor. After a long anthro first intake visit she requested for me to do a drug test. I have never had to do one before in my life for psychiatric care and I will not start doing so now, that tells me the doctor does not trust or believe what the patient is saying, therefore how can she effectively treat a patient if she has no trust within them.

Dr. Bollam, my first visit she deferred me, to find another Doctor of the same profession. Upon reading what her specialties are, my situation fits perfectly. Follow-up was scheduled anyway, I will NOT return.
