I am changing her as my dr after a year of being her patient. I don't think she is personable and spends enough time. my prescriptions orders are always wrong and I have to call once or twice to ask them to fix them. Also, her staff is very difficult to deal with and in particular the old lady at the front desk. She never smiles, greets or introduces herself on the phone. I would say she is rude. Jessica is always pleasant to work with

My father which has been a long time Pt. with Dr. Mouli recently has start showing some slight confusion reference his medications to take. I have been the POA of my father for 2 years. I found nurse Jessica not help to me on the phone and not help at the office about going over the medications my dad take. I was told to make an appointment. Guess no understood I'm just trying to clarify the meds do to his confusion. Taking the time and going the extra mile has left this doctors office.
