This was my first visit to see Dr. Kaushal. I saw her at the Wheaton Eye Clinic in Hinsdale. This is a very busy office. However, they are extremely well organized and run things along very efficiently. I waited about one minute before my initial exam started. The staff is highly professional and courteous. Everyone answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. Dr. Kaushal herself is very friendly, courteous, caring, knowledgeable, and did not rush either my exam or the time I spent face to face with her. I highly recommend Dr. Kaushal and her entire staff to anyone for their eye care.

Do not recommend
waste of time and money. Was 45 minutes late. Looked at healthy eye and said it looks worse that the one with problems. Mistook dry drops a nurse gave me for an infection. Prescribed a medicine at first visit and on second visit declared that she doesn’t like using it! After they did eye dilation they just handed me a piece of paper without explaining what it is and that’s glass prescription. List goes on! Will never go back!

Smart, straightforward, honest. Love her
She was thorough took the time needed. No beating around the bush. Chooses treatment in your best interest, without trying to upsell. A smart doctor, who will tell you like it is. I appreciate that. Very kind. I’m a skeptic by nature, And she is one I trust

Uveitis Treatment
This has been the best eyecare I've received after I started having recurring eye issues, specifically uveitis. I absolutely love Dr. Kaushal!! She provides great eyecare and provides educational guidance when prescribing eye medications. She is so patient and such a great healthcare provider.

Dr. kaushal is wonderful. I had bilateral uveitis and she basically saved my sight after being misdiagnosed for 2 months at another facility . She is kind and brilliant. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with her.

She's the most wonderful person and professional Doctor with a excellent certain of humans resources that my son and I ever meet in our years been in NIH eye clinic. She's kind, educated, and ful care about taking care medication, explaining the following steps about your request before you asking for. Well I can say many more excellent things about her. My son has uveitis and meeting her for him having this eye conditions was amazing. He realized that more than been a Doctors. Exist Angels...
