Dr. Palat is caring a thorough. I would highly recommend her. We saw another pediatric neurologist before her and had a wonderful experience with her. She did not dismiss our concerns and my daughter was able to return to her normal activities.

Our appointments are always rushed, and what’s written down in the record is always much different than what’s discussed during the appointment time. The exams are always very short and limited. She seems like a nice person, and presents herself as a concerned physician, but that’s not reflected in care provided.

Dr. Palat is a wonderful neurologist. She has taken calls and responded to messages at all hours and has been instrumental in helping us cope and manage our daughter's diagnosis. She is extremely competent, does not rush through appointments and has a great bedside manner.

We have had experiences with 3 different pediatric neurologists for our young son. Dr. Palat has by far been the most thorough, as well as having the best bedside manner. The nurses and other staff that she work with are always nice as well. We have recommended her to other families, and are even planning to return to her for our son's care, even though we now live many hours away.
