She's wonderful...
She's laid back but smart as heck. She's compassionate and caring, not affected in any way. Always does the right thing, and always knows what she's talking about. She's thoughtfuI and honest if she doesn't know something for sure, she will tell you so. I'd take her over any other doctor in or out of town!

Dr Y is great but...
Dr Y is great and very thorough. She listens to you and works with you and your ailments. The front desk sucks. The girl that checked me in today was pretty nasty telling me that I am self pay and have been self pay all along. When I asked who have they been billing the question was ignored. I provided my insurance card again to them but she was having difficulty putting it into the system because she did not look close enough to see that it was out of state. I hope that I will not have to deal with her again

This is the doctor we have through insurance. We are new patients and unfortunately became sick prior to being seen. Sense we have not been seen, they told us we have to wait two weeks for care. I understand having to establish as a new patient. But two weeks is a very long time to make a patient with private insurance wait. I don’t find this to be good care or customer service. A doctor should care about the patients health and if the patient is ill, should get them in to be seen with in a few days. I have completely lost my trust in this doctor and will not be continuing care. Plenty of doctors to choose from and if they don’t want to treat there patients right. Another doctor gladly will and I’m sure not make a sick patient wait two weeks for care.

Dr Yashisato, has been best constant support in my life over the past 20+ years. I am grateful and blessed to have her as my Dr. She spends time in the appt., never feels like im being rushed, explains things, really listens, supports and cares and is truly one of the all around smartest general medical drs I've ever seen. Her resources reach wide and has become my main central hub for any additional specialty drs. and brings it all together. I feel confident that i can run anything by her and get a straight and clear answer, Im giving her 5 stars for Dr. Yashisato as a dr. I want to give 4stars for the way the office is ran, As access can be difficult to get a hold of with the phone systems still behind the times, yet with persistence, repeat dialing, and learning how to use mychart online, im able to get a response, refills and appts pretty quickly now. Ive also been able to get same day appts. over the years. it does take patience at times, but well worth it. Im lucky to have her

Dr. Yoshisato has been very difficult to get a hold of, or get a response from. We have been trying for over a month to get a needed prescription filled and nothing has been done.
