Office staff is friendly, and very helpful. Appointments are on time. Dr. Hackl was patient and truly listened. I didn't feel rushed thru.

Recommending nonsense supplements that are harmful to patients.

I've never felt so heard by a physician. I have medical anxiety and haven't been to a doctor for over 20 years. She is compassionate and takes time to listen to your concerns. She treats you like a human being and not just a number. She has very competent medical professionals working for her that are kind and welcoming. She leaves no stone unturned. I'm sorry for anyone who could possibly think that seeing this doctor was a bad experience. Great experience for me.

I would highly recommend this dr. I went to her office over a year ago, she ran enough blood work on me found why I was feeling so lousy. It was my thyroid.

She takes time and listens. Very knowledgeable, stays current with news and research. Patiently explains and answers all of my questions. Very thorough and kind. Treats you like family and truly cares. Has treated my grand mother, my mom, my aunts and uncles even some cousins. Has identified family health issues that helps keep us all safe. If you read a positive review on this doctor, it was planted there by her or the office because there is nothing good about her. I know because I went there for over 20 years. What a mistake! I was mis-diagnosed several times and that caused me years of intense pain and huge expences! Many mistakes made in the office that cost me alot of money also. Dr Hackl is one of the most caring and passionate physician’s you will EVER encounter. She blocks off at least 45 minutes to an hour PER patient while many practitioners give you less than 15 minutes. She is certified and uses acupuncture to help treat pain, which many doctors do not know about or care to use, decreasing the use of pain medication/narcotics. She is adept at natural remedies and supplements, keeping abreast of functional medicine. An appt with her is typically 1-4 weeks wait.

Like many others have experienced, you will never see Dr. Hackl. Nine visits between multiple family members and only two times did we see Dr Hackle. Always a nurse practitioner. Rude office staff. Moving the family to new Doctor.

I would never recommend to anyone. You will never see Hackl. Always a nurse practioner (who are both great). Once my annual check up was assigned to the medical intern (aka student). Never going back.

Dr. Hackl has been treating my son, myself and mother Every time you go in you always see practitioner. Recently the office set me on a course to diagnose my son with ADA using a psychologist. After 3 months of working with a psychologist and having a diagnose, i made an appointment with Dr Hackl to prescribe medication. Upon arrival they thought he was there for a wellness checkup, they absolutely have no clue what their patients are being seen for and what is in their files. Horrible.
