This medical appointment was actually enjoyable!
We were pleasantly greeted in the office where I completed paper-work for my new patient intake. I was promptly taken to the exam room by the nurse who readily helped me with the questionnaire and answered questions. Dr. Padilla joined us shortly and was knowledgeable, cheerful, even humorous, without at all compromising her medical skill or integrity. I was immediately put at ease as she thoroughly conducted our preliminary exam, listened to my concerns and answered my questions. She addressed my concerns and easily excised a couple troublesome lesions. She was easy to relate to and I should think anyone would be happy with her caring approach to dermatological treatment.

Dr. Padilla
Great doctor, great office staff. I trust her medical knowledge and know I am getting top level care. Appointments run on time which is always nice too

Excellent Doctor
Dr. Padilla is very thorough in her exams, knowledgeable and has an amazing bedside manner. The office staff are always friendly and pleasant as well. I am so thankful I have found such a great Dermatologist!

I visited Dr. Padilla in the St. Augustine office in March of 2021 and received a bill in August claiming I received intralesional injections. United Healthcare was charged $410. When I disputed the procedure, I was told they would look into it and get back to me, which never happened. Have had to call back but their office staff is extremely unhelpful While I liked Dr. Padilla and hope she establishes a successful practice, I would not recommend her due to the incompetence of her staff.

She was great unexpected leaving though. I hope I get to see her in future She’s very good Dr. nice and able to talk to her. Mililani Tevh was closest dr to me in Sunset
