My dad had the worst experience with this doctor and office. After making my dad wait for 3 hours (second visit waiting for previous records), she didn't even have the courtesy to call him herself when she finally got the records. When the office called to tell my dad Dr. Quinlan'a recommendations,, the office staff wouldn't even give the message to her that I wanted to speak to her directly. She said, 'message her on the portal'. Being a doctor myself, this is very frustrating. I would not recommend this doctor or this office.

Great doctor, awful staff
Her staff is awful! They are rude and disorganized. They almost never answer the phone and her assistant is THE WORST! I have had nothing but issues with getting refills or medication. I no longer ask for in person appointments because of her staff! Dr. Quinlan is a wonderful doctor but her staff makes me want to find another doctor. It's sad that she doesn't have better staff.

This was the first doctor to ever mention to me that other autoimmune conditions can arise with Hashimoto’s and put me on track to identifying each symptom correctly and which specialty practice to consult. A shame though, she unflinchingly kicked me as a patient when she learned I was moving across country (a month in advance, mind you) and forced me to pay for that appt even though she cut it short 5 min in. My concerns (escalating symptoms, no solid prevention plan or explanations as to why they were escalating) were not addressed at all during this visit, which was the least she could do. I moved back a year later, but will not be returning to this practice nor will I seek her out. The overall feeling I got was that she was knowledgeable, but ultimately she could care less.

Pamela can not or chose not to help me understand my condition. I went to see Pamela 6 times and in those times I was told I had hypothyroidism and if anyone has that they know skin patches arise, hair might fall out and much much more. When I asked her about any of those condition I was directed elsewhere. For my skin patches, without looking at them, she said I needed to see a dermatologist. She never said those were common, I had to research my condition and find that out for myself. For my h

Doctor is very patient orientated which puts you at ease and allows plenty of time to discuss what's on your mind. Very open to re-schedule if not enough time to process.
