I've been a patient of Dr. Santone's for about 2 years now. She is so caring and compassionate. I came to her as a recommendation from friends. My dr I was seeing was not taking care of my needs and all of my conditions. I have been in better health under her care. I have diabetes as well as many other conditions. When I was put on insulin I cried and cried and she held me and assured me she was going to fight alongside me to get me back on track. My confidence in her is off the charts.

Very unprofessional Doctor. Took advantage of my 17/18 year old by given her an unapproved shot while my consent. My daughter has turned 18 about a week or 2 and this Dr. asked her if she wanted a certain shot; my daughter that doesn't know anything about the shot, said Yes...then I confronted the Doc. and she said that my daughter was an adult and old enough to take care of her ownself. If your kids are about to be adults, be careful!! because you might have NO say anymore.

Dr. Santone is a great doctor. She listens & shows genuine compassion & concern. After having surgery, I had really bad headaches & felt like the surgeon was blowing me off. I made an appointment to see Dr. Santone. The headaches subsided a couple days later, so I cancelled the appointment. Dr. Santone personally called to check on me to make sure the headaches were gone & I was okay. It made me feel good that she went above & beyond to check on me even after I cancelled my appointment.

Dr. Santone lacks empathy and is quite curt and not in tune with the needs of her patients. My mom has been going to her for years and within the last few years started struggling with balance and other issues. It wasn't until I told my mom that she should probably see a neurologist that the doctor actually recommended one. And on the occasions when I have visited the doctor with my mother she has exercised little care and concern for her overall well being. She sort of just checks the box an
