She is the most caring doctor we have ever seen. My kids love her. She referred us to a specialist in Jackson and the speciality did nothing but brag on Dr. Sykes. That gave us confirmation she is the best.

Alot of misdiagnoses. My son had bumps around his mouth and no other symptoms and was diagnosed with hand foot and mouth but turned out to be a milk allergy. My daughter cough alot and I brought it up every visit and every time Sykes said oh it's probably the way her vocal cords are. My daughter was diagnosed with asthma by our new doctor and finally after 2 or 3 years or coughing, being sent home from school, and Sykes ignoring it she is finally cough free. The staff there is horrible and rude.

Dr. Sykes has been great the few times I went to her but like most every review I’ve read the office staff are very rude. I would hate to go to someone else because of their behavior issues!!

Let me begin by saying, I love Dr. Sykes. She is wonderful and great with our daughter, she has been seeing her since she was born. However, the office staff is the worst I have ever dealt with. They are rude and make coming to this office a miserable experience. Often I have to wait for them to look up from their phone to check me in/out all the while acting like they are doing me a favor. A little customer service training would go a long way.

The office workers are very rude and refused to see my sick throwing up infant or help me in anyway.

Dr Skye's is very rude ! I kept taking my 3 month old son back and forth to the doctor and she kept saying he was fine not !!! I ended up switching doctors because she got smart with me while also displaying a attitude ! I ended up taking my son to a new doctor the same day which Skye's said nothing was wrong with him.He ended up having a double ear infection and pediatric bronchitis!! She needs to check her attitude and read up on some medical books
