I am a current patient that is leaving the practice. The front desk staff are pleasant, the nursing staff is not as pleasant but seem more competent than the Dr's. I have had enough of having to call the office 3 or four times to have a prescription refilled. I have had enough of the Dr not listening and being unable to do much of anything but order lab test after lab test and never getting the results. Also, if you see a specialist for anything don't expect her to communicate with them.

Not a solid practice. Nursing staff is rude and unresponsive to questions. Dr. Pandey is very nice, but not competent, missed letting me know about required follow-up recommended by specialists. Send everyone to specialists, but cannot diagnose much correctly herself. Not a good choice for anyone who needs a doctor that can diagnose more than the common cold.
