my husband and myself give Dr Fedi a 5 star ?? review for a wonderful job. i would recommend him and his office to anyone. every time i have ever seen him he recognizes me and is very cordial. the night before three different procedures at three different dates he called me the night before personally to make sure i was all set for the surgery. i was sick earlier in the day of my procedure and he and his staff and everyone waited for me to come later in the day for the procedure. He is the best Dr that I have been to. After struggling with IBD for years and seeing two other gastroenterologists, hematologists, Rheumatologist, Epidimiolgist, and two PCP MD 's. I believe he has figured out what my condition is. Five stars plus! Dr Fedi takes time to understand your symptoms and then he makes sure that you understand him. He is very open to discuss different treatment options and scheduling. His staff are very friendly and accommodating too.

I was referred to Dr. Fedi by my PCP after a couple years of consulting with another gastroenterologist in the area for issues with bloating, reflux, and IBS. This other doctor listened to my concerns and ruled out many common GI ailments with tests and labs that unfortunately found nothing definitive. My appointment with Dr. Paolo Fedi went the opposite however. Without even having met the man prior he took a very condescending tone the second I told him that I 1. consulted with another GI specialist prior to him 2. was dealing with bloating, reflux, and IBS symptoms that I had made very specific and well tracked dietary changes to address, and noticed some improvement but was still unhappy with the state of my digestiv system. Dr. Fedi proceeded to accuse me of being a hypochondriac, drug user, and call the other specialist I saw a quack (who is also an internal medicine board certified gastroenterologist) all in half an hour. A laughable armchair psychologist Dr. Fedi is.

I have been seeing Dr. Fedi for almost a year and I can say it is the best experience with a provider I have ever had. Dr. Fedi’s compassion and insight are unmatched. For four years I was dismissed about my stomach issues until I found Dr. Fedi. It was always brushed off as stress and I felt ignored. Whether he believes your issues are truly functional rather than organic, he will always take his time and be as thorough as possible. If he believes your issues are functional, he will actually offer solutions and remedies rather than to tell you to just stop stressing. For example, he takes a lot of time to educate you about diet. He opened my eyes to a lot of sugar-filled foods that I was unaware of. He provided me with several printouts about the FODMAP diet and my diet modifications have really helped with my IBS. He is a kind, holistic provider and the North Country is blessed to have him. Thank you for giving me hope and making me feel listened to when no other provider did.

Dr. Fedi took care of a family member who a severe case of diverticulitis. Of all the physicians I've seen, this one is the best. My family member was also a physician and also agreed that Dr. Fedi was very competent, professional, and compassionate.

Dr Fedi is the best gastroenterology and internal medicine. I've been seeing him for over 15 years. No replacement for him. I feel very happy seeing him, he will tell you like like it is. He is a totally attentive and caring doctor.

OMG DR.Fedi was amazing! This Dr. Took time with me at my appointment he was amazing I didn't feel rushed at all. I also had endoscopy done no sore throat He was excellent had a wonderful bedside manner. I would highly recommend Dr.Fedi! Staff was wonderful they took time with me and answered all questions I had! They all had a very upbeat personality!

Found Dr. Fedi due to an emergency situation. What started as a bad afternoon turned out to be my luck day. Staff told me how lucky I was Dr. Fedi was treating me. Boy where they correct. After the procedure Dr. Fedi explained what he had found and assured me that he was going to treat the cause of my problem. He even called me himself at home to check up on me. Who does that? 6 months later his treatment has given me my life back. I can't thank this wonderful caring Dr. enough

Dr. Fedi is like a breath of fresh air! He is a wonderful doctor- always smiling and always makes me feel confident and comfortable. It's nice to know that there are still physicians in Clinton County that care about their patients no matter what type of insurance they may have. The women in his office are very friendly and helpful as well. I fell into a dilemma yesterday and went to the wrong place for my procedure and one of the girls gave me a ride! Def a five star establishment!

This is an outstanding physician. He takes his time with you. He listens to you. Follows up with you by phone or email. I have had Crohn's disease for 40 years and he is one of the best, if not the best, gastroenterologists I have seen.
