Waste of time
I waited an entire year to see this doctor and what a complete waste of my time. He didn’t say hello just sat down and started typing . He did not listen to anything I told him. Wanted to prescribe all these medications without explaining the side effects. Didn’t seem concerned about my symptoms just started prescribing meds without explanation. When the visit was over he never said anything just walked out of the room. I will not be going back.

I actually give Zero stars
The first visit he told me to take vitamin B 12 that was my problem and sent me for a blood test. I told him I have been taking B complex for years. He said no B12 so I did and I had my blood tested. My B12 was way way over the limit, went back for the second time, he asked me if I had a stroke. I said yes he said are you having one right now which confused me and I said no -he actually said oh you’re OK you’re all right. See you later. That was that. What kind of doctor he is I will never go there again

Dr. Sreepada has treated me for cervical dystonia for a couple years, after Dr. Wong retired. This requires injections in my neck, and I had never experienced such pain, as when he gives them. I cannot communicate with him at all, plus he doesn't take the time to try to communicate. He is in the office no more than 3 minutes to give these injections. I have had some real concerns, that probably affected my health, because of lack of communication. I asked for another doctor and was refused, so I had to switch to Mercy, even though I am happy with the other doctors at Cox that I go to. Very unfortunate.

Professional Gaslighter - Avoid at all costs
I wouldn't refer my worst enemy to this gaslighting excuse of a neurologist. Perhaps if you are male and have a very straightforward issue, you might receive sufficient care. If you are a female with any sort of inconclusive neurological issue that needs further analysis, don't bother. He will yell at you. He will ignore you. He will twist your words. He will outright lie. He will bring up other topics and refuse to address what you are there to talk about. He will prescribe medications that you are allergic to because "you'll be fine." And when you complain or ask for a different doctor/second opinion, you will be told no, that is against the Jared Neuroscience policy and Cox will back him all the way. Save yourself the frustration and request a different neurologist from the beginning because having him on your treatment team is a detriment to your health.

He did not listen to me about my Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension and Hemiplegic Migraines. Instead, he would spend every appointment yelling at me for 20 minutes telling me I was being a hysterical woman and it was all in my head and I didn’t want to get better. This man made me cry multiple times. Then, on top of that, his office staff never answers the phone or calls you back if you leave a message, and they rarely respond to messages through the patient portal so there is ZERO way to contact them between appointments. Absolutely terrible experience. He actually wrote in my chart that I was suffering from hysteria after he made me cry. What is this 1842? Even his physician assistant could not believe the way he treated me.

This doctor was the perfect mix of listening, asking questions, and reviewing chart history. He made a diagnosis after thoroughly going over my history and condition currently. I easily understood his English 99% of the time.

I did not feel that Dr Sreepada listened to what I had to say; for example no matter how many times I told him that I did not take a prescribed medication twice a day he continued to tell me that taking it twice a day was too much. Also, despite my being there to discuss my 20 year struggle with migraines he focused a large portion of the appointment on my anxiety, which is currently well managed. I was frustrated when I left his office with no new answers but 5 NEW prescriptions. No thank you.

Dr. Sreepada first encountered in the emergency room. He was very excited to come and treat me. After being admitted to the hospital, even though he was not on rounds he came by to check on me. In the follow ups I had to ask him to slow down and repeat a couple of times, but he was very thorough with my results and setting a plan in action. He referred me for a second opinion to Barnes. So far, I could not be happier with his care. I will be seeing him every 3 months for the forseeable fut

My daughter has had inter-cranial hypertension for 10 years along with pseudotumor cerebri. She has debilitating headaches and today his treatment for her was she needed to have a more positive attitude. We went to the administration about the situation but he was totally unprofessional and doesn't even care. My daughter was told to go to one of the local health clinics because they better treated people like her who didn't have any insurance. As a professional RN for many years this is unaccept

While in the hospital for aseptic meningitis, he and I discussed my chronic, daily headaches (due to another condition). I explained I had another physician treating that, and I was only interested in his addressing the acute illness. After agreeing, he left my room and told the nurse to withhold all pain medication, including that which I had been taking daily at home for several years. When he came in the next morning and I fired him for this, he accused me of "not liking his accent."
