Dr. Parag Phadke, MD

Had surgery to repair a ligament that was torn. After surgery I had no motion in my wrist, so I was sent to physical therapy. At every follow-up appointment I mentioned to Dr. Phadke that my wrist hurt when bending back or with pressure he said stiffness.. After months of physical therapy, I regained forward motion back in my wrist BUT STILL could not bend back and add pressure due to extreme pain! Even my PT at that point thought something more was wrong because of the amount of pain I was having with bending my wrist back. Dr. Phadke said if my problem hadn't seized by my next appointment (Feb 17th) that we would look more into things. At my appointment Dr. Phadke again told me that it was yet again "stiffness" and scheduled my next follow up for AUGUST. At that point I was frustrated and decided to seek a 2nd opinion and THANK GOD I did! Turns out in the process of him repairing my ligament, blood flow got cut off to my lunar bone in my wrist and it had started dying and caving in!

Not at all happy,Had stitches out today.I was told tendon tore again.I have been in cast splint,impossible. 2ND DAY AFTER SURGERY WASN'T ABLE TO PICK up finger.Still cant.They say I did it.I know they r gonna say that but I didn't use the hand.So I determining now what course of action to take.I know what I've been told.I hope carolina hand specialist do the right thing.DR.phadke as well
