Dr Bhugra has absolutely no bedside manners. He told me and I quote’your lungs are shot. Do you want to let it go or be on a ventilator?’ As it turned out I only needed a prescription to take care of the problem. I would give him zero stars if I could.

was referred to dr bhugra from my gp.met with dr on first visit to diagnois for valley fever.got more blood tests and ct scan and had questions about blood test.never called me to explain.called several times even asked if his assistant cory could call me back to explain.i have a mass on my left lung and it is growing.not knowing what it is is very concerning to me especially when they are talking to me about cancer!very sad that this doctor has no concern for his patients at all.all i asked for was 5 minutes of his time.i would recommend stay clear if you want answers.i have now found a new doctor who cares.

Only saw the doctor once in the hospital for 5 min. All appointments were with his PA, who introduced herself each time like it was the first time we met. Had a ct scan for a follow up and the office refused to give me the results without an appointment to discuss them. Well, I was able to get the results online from the facility that it was performed at without the extra charge to my insurance. I have heard of doctors that do this but until now I was fortunate enough to not have one.

Dr Bhugra and his Nurse Practioner were wonderful during my brief recent hospital stay and the 2 follow up office visits. His front desk personnel were also wonderful and caring. However, his billing staff member, Andrea, is rude and in my opinion should never be permitted to speak with patients about their bills based on my horrible phone conversations with her!!!!!!!!!!!! She is argumentive, continually interrupts, does not give straight answers and is totally uncaring!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My experience with this practice was the worst experience I have ever had in my adult life. No one ever returns phone calls, I have seen the Dr. For a total of 10 minutes in all the months I dealt with him. The PA never returns calls when promised with results of blood tests. I would not recommend this practice if you have any lung problems they are only there to charge your insurance and there is no real care for the patient.
