Dr. Parminder Kang, MD

This was my first visit for hip pain, had to wait a little longer for my appointment as they were super busy. Dr Kang reviewed my x-rays with me and did an examination. It was determined I need hip replacement, but could try corticosteroids shot for time being. But eventually will need hip replacement surgery. Very pleasant. Answered all my questions. Very professional. PA did get me my shot.

The staff are great! The Dr himself not so much?! I was there to see him about my knee ? Never saw him because supposedly he comes in afternoons only?! The person that seen me was only interest was to give me therapy on a total reconstruct knee?!!! n advice me to make another appointment in (3) weeks my knee is in high pain (10) can’t hardly walk because of pain?!! All he say was well dr lang can go over it in (3) weeks in meantime I’m suffering without relief advice to do therapy which causes more pain?!! If Dr is not there then why you scheduled him?!!! Very upsetting?!!!

From the minute I walked in the door I was treated very nicely from the staff to the doctor. Everyone there was very professional. Had a hip issue that Dr Kang said he can help me with that very same day. I would highly recommend Dr Kang!!!! So glad I was able to get in and see him.

Since my first review of this Dr it has gone from excellent to poor. I cant get anyone from his team to return my call about what they want to do to fix my knee issues. Its been 8 days since my MRI and I'm in unbearable pain but they obviously dont care. I do not recommend this Dr. because of his staff.

Very nice staff, very knowledgeable and courteous, Dr Kang and his assistant were great in taking care of my problem.

Efficient and courteous staff. Dr Kang listened and answered questions. He provided a reasonable treatment plan and Ryan did a great job injecting my knee.

Dr. Kang replaced my knee five years ago and I have never had any issues with it until a recent accident at home. He was able to see me the next day! The fact that he was able to get me in the next day blew my mind! He is compassionate, kind, and very detailed (using understandable language) when explaining diagnosis. I highly recommend him for your orthopedic needs!

Dr Kang is very through, he is patient and explained my options. He has replaced both of my hips with great outcome. Now it's my knee that will be done in the future. I have full confidence that all will be well. I highly recommend him.

The staff was professional and thoughtful. Dr. Kang listened to my concern and thoroughly explained the pros and cons of the options available to resolve my issues while discussing action and options for the future.

Very professional atmosphere. Everyone was helpful and explained what they were doing. Say PA Ryan first, and he was very thorough. Then saw Dr. Kant. Very impressed with him. Explained in detail my follow up. Also received a call the next day to make sure I scheduled PT.

Everyone in this office was kind and informative. They explained my X-rays to me and what my options were. I plan to have knee replacement surgery on both knees after receiving rave reviews from two friends who had the same surgery. I’ve been suffering a lot of years with these knees and am looking forward to be able to do some of the things that my bad knees have prevented me from doing for too long.

Dr Kang was just what the doctor ordered. He came recommended by someone I really didn't know. What a blessing that was. If every doctor took the time like Dr Kang, there would never be a bad review. He took the time to explain everything to my husband who had a new hip put in. My husband is very mechanical thinking and it made sense to him. Whew! Thank you Dr Kang for your kindness and expertise. It's appreciated more than you know!

He was very personable and answered my many questions. Took time to make sure I understood the process including the recovery. A good guy even shook my hand several times which doesnt always happen nowadays. He was recomended to me and I would recomend him to anyone searching for a surgeon.

Doctor Kang has golden hands .Since the first consultation that brought the bad news to me ,everything was nothing but amazing .He assured me he can get me up running in no time and he backed it up .I had torn acl and meniscus ,but year after the surgery I’m up playing my sports again (tennis,Pickelball ,soccer ).So grateful about finding Dr Kang and his team .Highly recommended !!

Recently I saw Dr. Kang. I had an appt at 10:15, Dr. kang arrived at noon. The late arrival was ok, things happen, until that is when he entered the room the whole experience was very rushed for a new patient encounter. In retrospect, it seemed as though the Dr. was perhaps rushing to make up for his late onsite arrival. The doc. Looked at my x-rays and said I had a bursitis in my hip area. He said we can do a cream or cortisone shot. I paused to consider the options and he then interjected “let’s do the shot you will have instant relief”, he then stood up quickly and jetted out. I was slow to react. That I did not speak up when the PA came in to setup and give the shot was my fault. I wished I would said stop let’s talk this through. The pain was new, due to a fall from exercising 2 weeks ago. Before Dr. Kang arrived the PA asked my pain level, 1 to 10. I said 3. Experiencing pain for only 2 wks, degrading daily, at a level 3 out of 10, I do not believe warrants a cortisol shot.

Dr. Kang is special. He replaced my hip years ago and getting ready to have surgery for my other one soon. Have referred 7 other hips to him. All fabulous results. His team is fantastic. Like I said, he is the man!

I'm writing this review on behalf of my mother who is a patient of his. He has treated her left knee and recently operated her right successfully!He has a great Team who cares very much about their patients.

All the staff we came in contact with were very nice and friendly. Dr Kang had as they say 'had a great bedside manner' and did not seem rushed..took his time explaining what my condition was.

Actually had an appointment with Dr Kang but due to a short staff situation I had Dr Smeltzer.She was very nice and very helpful. I assumed I needed knee surgery and that was not the case so I was very pleased.I felt she was very thorough and didn’t insist on unnecessary treatment.I got a cortisone shot and we’ll see how that goes. I will request her if I need to go back.
