From the consultation to the surgery everything was smooth and professional. I felt well taken care of and the procedure went flawlessly. I'm recovering quickly and couldn't be happier with the results and care. Highly recommended.

It was 2022 I was a patient at Bravera Seven Rivers in Crystal River, Fla. I woke up one morning bleeding from my rectum passing extremely large blood clots. They took me down stairs to cat-scan and found that I had clots in my GI. Then they took directly to surgery b/c they were loosing me. They call Dr. Parth Patel in and he had to re remove my left colon. He almost lost me 2 or 3 times but Dr. Parth Patel got it done and saved my life through JESUS CHRIST. I was in chronic pain for over a week and he was the doctor on call for the emergency hospital in Trinity. I told him all my symptoms and concerned and right away gave my a prognosis before the x-ray and ultrasound came out. He also found on the x-ray something I was not aware of, but it runs in the family, so not surprised. I am so impressed by him that I want to be a patient in the future. I will recommend Dr. Patel to all of my friends. I don't like doctors, but he was great, very knowledgeable and will take care of you.

I can’t even begin to tell you how awesome this man is! I had the gastric sleeve procedure in January. I have not had no pain and absolutely no problems. I have and will continue to tell people that if need a surgeon, Dr Patel is the one to go to. Not only is he an excellent surgeon he has the best personality, bedside manner and he genuinely cares about you and your health. Judy his nurse practitioner is wonderful. Dr Patel is a hidden gem. An excellent surgeon who performed a robot assisted inguinal hernia repair on myself flawlessly. So very happy I selected Dr Patel whom I whole heartedly recommend with the greatest of confidence. Dr. Patel was on duty at Citrus Hospital when I was admitted with peritonitis and ruptured diverticula. He performed emergency surgery, exteriorized my bowel. He saw me each day I was in the hospital and discussed my condition, treatment and future reconnection of the bowel to the rectum. In four months I requested to be reconnected and he obliged with no issue. Second surgery went well and in a few months I was able to return to my exercise regime. After a post operative visit he cleared me to return solely to my primary care physician. His visits were through and informative answering all questions and concerns. I would recommend him to anyone.

He saved my life. if he was no on duty the day they brought me to emergency I do not think I would be here today. Thank you for your care and compassion during such a trying time in my life.

Not mad, but hurt and much pain from loose or slipped failed nissen fundoplication preformed by Dr.Patel last year. As a result I know have barrett's which I did not have before. Conditions much worse. Like

I made my appointment with Doctor Patel after doing some internet research and he was first available. On request without ever having seen me before he reviewed my CT scan about 5 days before the appt (holiday intervened). That was really nice and made me feel better about the situation. The office visit was good. My appt was for 9:45 and at 9:45 I was called. Some prelim and Dr Patel came into the exam room. I thought he did a really good job going over what the injury was and how it would be repaired. He had a very nice demeanor, I just wish we didn't have to wear the masks ... sigh. Overall I am very pleased with how things went and I am very confident Dr Patel is going to fix me up good as new!

I was a walk-in patient with a concern about a post surgical condition. To my surprise, I was able to wait until I could be seen about 1/2 hour later. I was expecting to have to make an appointment and return later.

I first became associate with Inverness Surgical through Dr. Fernandez with colon problems. After making a plan, letting my colon calm down and trusting him, about 6 months later surgery was done. The staff was very understanding and helpful. Then my next step in better health is to loose weight so I can have badly needed hip replacement surgery. I met with Dr. Patel and he spent a long time explaining the Gastric Sleeve to loose the weight to get hip surgery. After going through all qualifying steps a plan is in place and my surgery is in 2 weeks! You must first trust your surgeons and without a doubt I trust the surgeons at this practice. Again, the staff is so friendly, understanding and helpful.
