Appointment one day, RX sent two days later.
Not sure what’s going on, but if you get an appointment one day, it may take a couple of days to input/send your RX to your pharmacy. And that’s after circling back with phone calls, in person questioning, driving and waiting. So much time being spent to get someone to spend five minutes typing. Happens often!

I was Dr. Khanna’s patient for nearly a decade and found her to be kind, caring, personable, engaging, professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and responsible (especially where opioids are concerned). In the beginning, the long waits were not excessive and were directly tied to her extremely personal attention to her patients, but over the years grew to be many hours long due to her inability to arrive before lunch. There were also a few unwanted/unpleasant sweeping changes that were troubling, but Dr. Khanna’s wonderful qualities and her compassionate, hardworking staff made it all worthwhile. But from approx 2017 forward, the practice seemed to be unstable and the pandemic was the final straw. I hope that things change and her practice returns to the stable, reliable, compassionate, comforting, and truly helpful place of healing it once was. Dr. Khanna IS an incredible physician and has so much potential to help patients, especially those who need it the most.

I love Dr. KHANA AND HAVE been with her a couple of years. I have put up with many 3 hour waits, just to see her. Today I got a call that she would not even be in. I am on severe pain and needed to see her. I do not understand a Dr. Treating their patients like this.

Dr Khanna was my doctor at the institute of pain management and I was so sad when she left. I am ecstatic she has her own practise now and have been going to her. She is the only doctor in pain management that actually researched my diseases and cares about her patients. Actually I have to admit she knew more about my medicine for my lung disease than my primary. I highly recommend her. Her staff is caring and on the ball. I highly recommend her. She does her homework because she cares.

I liked dr Khanna as a doctor but having to wait 3-4 hours for her to even come into the room at every appointment is uncalled for. I changed doctors because I was told by the office staff I would continue to wait that long every time..

Dr Khanna is Amazing. She listens & acts. She is not about throwing meds at you. She is about getting pu o a level where you can function & be productive in our life. If your goal is to continue laying around all day every day, she may not be the doctor for you. I love having her as my Doctor!

Dr K.'s vast experience and continued g education make it possible for her to provide the best care possible through multiple treatment modalities. She is concerned, caring & realistic. Her approach is to "tell it like it is with compassion" the only complaint I think any patient would have is the waiting times are sometimes long.this is a result of giving her time and attention to each patient so I find it acceptable because I know she will spend 30 minutes with me if that's what I need.

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Khanna?
She is the BEST Pain Doc in Florida. She took my extensive history, examined me first, saw my MRI Images and then reviewed the MRI report and sent me for a Special scan of the spine. She found the cause of my pain and admitted me to the hospital. There is nobody like her in this town. Even, Mayo clinic could not diagnose me. I was sent to Coastal Spine and Riverside spine and none of those Docs really knew what they were doing. All they wanted was to give me Injections and Pain Medication.??
