Not appointment Friendly -
Dr. Nagra is a good doctor. She carefully describes what she wants you to understand. She did return my pre-op phone call requesting clarification of the proposed procedure, which I placed upon advice of my Primary Care Physician. However, administration could be improved. Post-Op visit conflicted with mandatory court appearances (I am an attorney) and I was offered an appointment more than 10 days past the post-op apt. that conforms to her protocol. The young woman who took my call to re-schedule was not friendly and seemed to delight in telling me there were no apts. sooner to accommodate my scheduled.

I would love to recommend Dr. Nagra but the wait is so long to see her. Dr. Nagra is caring and compassionate about her patients needs. The issue with the practice, Corneal Associates, is the wait time, it's a total disgrace! I had an 11:15 appointment, I finally saw Dr. Nagra at 2:05 and I was out the door by 2:20...I don't know why I had to wait for so long, there was no explanation given.
