Dr. Parwati Maddali, MD

Dr. Maddali is the best psychiatrist I have been to. She is caring, professional, and really listens. However, I had to stop seeing her because her office staff was terrible. I had to keep co-pay receipts or they’d tell me I hadn’t paid for my last visit. I always paid before I left, while scheduling my next appointment. I said this to the person taking my co-pay and they said “Well you probably ran out of here crying.” I was aghast. I do have issues, but I am not some maniac who runs out of office buildings in the middle of a nervous breakdown. What an incredibly rude and insensitive thing to say in a mental health practice. Then the doctor went on vacation. She assured me my prescriptions were taken care of. My prescriptions were not called in and nobody was answering the phone at her office. I had to find someone else just so I could get my meds. It’s a shame, because Dr. Maddali is fantastic. I hope she’s upgraded her staff.

I have a loved one that has went to her and she was so unhelpful, condescending and arrogant it was honestly shocking. I just would not reccomend her to anyone especially someone badly needing help with their mental health.

Dr. Maddali is a very caring and kind doctor. She has been a great help to me over the past 10 years. She always gave me the time I needed when I saw her.

I wish I’d found her sooner. She is very helpful and knowledgeable. Very pleasant.

She was ok — not as good or bad as others. She mostly rushed to write RX. Didn’t provide much information on conditions. Just ask if meds are working. Makes notes. Always running Behind schedule. Lousy office staff. Rude billing clerk.

Dr. Maddali is wonderful. She always made time for me. She made sure I understood what was making me anxious/ nervous. If I or my mom had any questions, she answered them until i/we understood. Wish we had more doctors like her.

I took my son to Dr Madalli because he was cutting his self. Not ONCE did she talk to him about the cutting. With out performing her own test/evaluation,She insisted his issue was ADD and would only discuss school and grades. She disregarded the fact that I had him tested twice and both times the results were auditory, vision, and sensory processing deficit. ENOUGH SAID

I have been a patient for over 10 years and referred friends to her. She is amazing-the best psychiatrist in the county!! She listens and then diagnoses, she works with new drugs coming out. I really recommend her!!

Dr. Maddali is a very experienced and caring psychiatrist. In this day and age when many psychiatrists will only focus on managing medications, she takes the time to talk and listen with her client. You will not be disappointed.

Very caring and highly professional psychiatrist that always spends the right amount of time to make a patient feel important enough to give her full attention to. I know that if I must wait beyond the expected 15-30 mins It is well worth it, as I never feel rushed through the turnstile of Fast Forward Medicine She employs kind and efficient office staff. In my years of accompanying family through many mental health inpatient and outpatient Venues Dr Maddali is in a League of her own.
