He is a fantastic doctor Cares very much about his patients Dr. Castle, did surgery on my grandson to repair his left kidney. I call back to make our year follow up appointment to find out that this Great doctor is No Longer with AdventHealth Orlando. I have been trying trying to find this doctor. My grandson Loved how he cared for him. If the doctor is still in the area and working I would Love to take my grandson to see him. Not take him to another doctor. Dr. Casale is an incredible, kind and compassionate doctor. He is a very competent and thorough doctor. He also treats his patients as if he were treating his own family. Needless to say, the care you receive for the patient and the (oftentimes stressed and worried) parents is second to none.

Our daughter was diagnosed with Vesicoureteral reflux at age 2. It goes without saying that we were pretty scared and overwhelmed at times with her numerous urinary tract infections. No parent ever wants to see their kid in pain and Dr. Casale completely understands this. His calm and caring demeanor always put us at ease even when he had to tell us that there was a 50/50 chance she would need surgery. Dr. Casale is definitely the most communicative physician I’ve ever worked with. He immediately responded to an email about a breakthrough UTI while he was on vacation. And when — to our surprise — we found out our daughter’s condition had resolved on its own, Dr. Casale was just as happy and relieved as us. To say he went above and beyond what we expected from a pediatric physician is an understatement. I truly don’t know what we would have done without him!

Dr Casale was a God send. Our daughter has bilateral hydronephrosis. She was operated at 3 months by another doctor and it was hell after that. When my daughter turned 1 years old she was transferred to his care. We finally found relief. The contact runs to the hospital slowed down and stopped under Dr Casale’s treatment. Great doctor awesome bedside manner.

My 3.5 month old daughter saw Dr Casale for a ureterocele. I would give him 5000 stars if possible. His bedside manner is excellent and you can tell he truly cares for his patients. Highly recommended!

My son was born with a genetic disorder that effected his kidneys. I thank God everyday that I found Dr. Casale. He is not only an extremely educated physician, but he is a sincere "real person" as well, and he treats his patients and their families the same. In our opinion there is no other pediatric urologist.

I am so happy that we found Dr. Casale. This was my 11 year old son's first experience having surgery and he was extremely anxious. Dr. Casale is very warm & kind - my son felt comfortable immediately. Dr. Casale was so patient and reassuring with my son's fears- Dr. Casale did everything the day of surgery to ease his anxiety. I have had experience with hundreds of doc's these last 15 years between husbands leukemia & another son's craniofacial needs- very few do I recommend this highly.

Dr. Casale takes the time to explain things fully, asks questions and truly listens. He has a wonderful bedside manner. He makes the patient feel comfortable and talks to the patient as well as the parent.
