He is very kind and takes time to explain test results and answer questions.

My husband and I had the privilege of seeing Dr Del’Api for 5 years while we lived in the FL Keys until recently when we moved out of state. I can truthfully say he saved my husbands life and mine, literally. He listened to us and sent us for tests he concluded we needed. My husband’s lung cancer was caught early as were my clogged carotid arteries, preventing a major stroke or death. We just felt so comfortable under his care and talking about everything and anything. We are sad to leave Dr Del’Api and his capable staff; Karen and Dana.

My father has been using this doctor for many years, so it's very disappointing to find that this doctor does not truly care for his well being. After telling me my father should not live alone I asked for further clarification. The doctor would only say because he has high sugar levels and triglycerides. When pressed for more information and feedback the doctor no longer had time to talk to me and refused to answer any more questions. Who does that? Most of us think doctors are willing and want to do what's best for the patient. Unfortunately, it's not the case in too many situations. For those dealing with elderly parents, you understand how hard it is to figure everything out and to do what's best for them. This is why their doctors play such an important role during the process. You need to be able to trust their input. I would not recommend this doctor.

I would recommend Dr. Dell’Api to anyone. Very thorough. Explains things very well.

I have been a patient of Dr Dell Api for about 4 or 5 years. I feel very blessed to have him as my primary care physician. All I can say is he is caring, thorough and I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes. Usually, its a five minute wait.

What I like most about Dr. Dell’Api is that he takes time with you. He listens to you.

I’ve been seeing Dr, Dell’Api since he came to the Keys. He is amazing! Always listens, takes his time with you, explains everything, and is truly concerned about his patients. Wonderful, friendly staff and nurse! Just wish I could still have routine blood tests done at the office, which was so convenient. Unfortunately, corporate office changed that and I now have to go 50+ miles round trip to get my blood test energy 6 months!

Dr. Dell’Api was very attentive and took his time with each and every one of my issues. He did not rush thru my problems and was a good listener. He also shared personal stories that I could totally relate too.

Very knowledgeable-listened to my concerns and offered excellent recommendations. Would recommend him highly!

I love my yearly visits. He explains everything and listens and addresses any issues I want to talk about. He treats my question and concerns with respect and understands that as a retired RN I need things explained fully.

Dr. Dell'Api has been my doctor for several years. Best I've ever had. A genuine, caring physician who has time to be attentive to his patients and really goes the extra mile in providing the best care possible. We are very fortunate to have him in our community.
