Dr. Pasquale Santini, MD

Dr. Santini is a good doctor, but it's unacceptable the way he let his front and back office staff being rude, unprofessional and it's tolerated that they harass clients while they fail at doing their job correctly (filing properly with insurance, reimbursing as needed, offering an explanation when asked). Every interaction is so painful, it gets me anxiety so will be finding a different doctor.

very thorough, attentive, and unlike many docs, gives as much time as needed to work through with the patient what the options are and what and why he is proposing a certain course of action. Office is well run, well organized, and all staff are courteous and helpful. And unlike many internists these days, Dr Santini's practice does not charge thousands of dollars in so called "concierge" fees, as if returning a patient's call should require upfront none reimburseable payments to the internist for the privelegde of being treated by him/her

Dr. Santini is a wonderful doctor. He takes time to listen to what the patient has to say and one never feels rushed when seeing him.

His office often does not return calls unless a Leave a message several times. If it keeps up, I will have to get another primary care physician.
