Dr. Alves listens carefully, explains what is going on and why he is prescribing treatment. He takes time to fully understand any issues you present. I have found his advice to be spot on.

Dr. Alves is an excellent Doctor who was my PCP for nearly 12 years. However, he now has too many patients and too few staff and best of luck to you if you have a problem, need an appointment, need a referral, or anything else requiring attention to detail. I left for a new doctor two months ago and my medical records haven't been transferred despite numerous attempts. If you are completely healthy, love to wait or be ignored, then this is the practice for you!

I changed insurance plans this year and had to find a new primary care doctor. I had my first visit with Dr. Alves the first of the year and was very pleased. He spent a lot of time with me for the initial visit going over my history. He asked a lot of questions and gave me the opportunity to ask mine. What's most important to me he really listened. He ended the long appointment with making me laugh.

Dr. Alves is the absolute best! I was forced to change doctors due to insurance for 3 years, but as soon as I went on Medicare I came back to him. Now having a heart problem, I am so thankful that he is my doctor!

Dr Alves is by far the best doctor I've been to. He is polite and gets to know you before anything else. If your nervous he sees that and calms you down with a joke and great customer service in the medical field is huge to me. There's no waiting time if you really need to see him. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone.

My 20 yr old saw Dr. Alves for the 1st time today for a reoccurring condition and she loved him. Very friendly easy to talk to, very thorough in his examining her (I was in the room). I'm sure he will become our new family doctor. The wait wasn't bad either.

Doctor Alves has been been my PCP for about 3-4 years now. Every time I see him, I always feel like I'm in the best hands. He listens, gives thorough examinations and genuinely cares about your well being. I always recommend him to my friends when they're searching for a new doctor and they always come back raving about how awesome he is as I did to them.
