Limited knowledge
Dr. Bido struggles to listen to patients. She constantly interrupts, only focused on asking her checklist of questions, and does not take in to account the patient experience (i.e. situational or environmental factors). Profound lack of understanding of the full medical model with notable gaps re mental health and pharmacology. Does not take the time to listen to patients. Either incompetent or too inexperienced. Overall poor bedside manner and does not mask her judgement or disdain. Comes across very condescending (because she constantly cuts you off and does not give the respect for you to respond)

Dr. BIDO is very knowledgeable and shows great empathy and kindness with patients. She had no problem repeating answers to questions. Her call-back was very punctual.
