Horrible doctor. Please do not see her unless you want your health and life compromised. The minion that works for Dr. Cook is a heartless and uncaring evil person.

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Cook?
I will never come here again. The staff there is full of arrogant and condescending receptionists. Dr. Cook almost never smiles or encourages a feeling of trust in the patient. I have been taking a prescribed medication for a long time and all of a sudden, I receive a call abruptly saying that my medication will be stopped if I do not come in for a visit. That's great and all but I do not appreciate being treated as if I am a criminal trying to bribe the doctor.

Always compassionate, patient, and a good listener. Efficient and timely but is never pushing you out the door. Encourages healthy behavior and positive change without being demeaning, condescending or blaming. Makes referrals effectively. Makes helpful suggestions.
