Very poor communication
She has very poor communication skills. I ended up in the hospital due to a reaction to the medication she put me on. She has given medication for every mental condition under the sun besides what I've been diagnosed with. I try to communication to her what I need and she doesn't seem to either understand me or care. She in the past has hung up on me and then call me back because she didn't have time to hear me out. I don't like telehealth it's very impersonal and she can call anytime Monday through Sunday 9am-7pm. It's nice for emergencies but not used for maintaining mental health because she keeps the calls 5 mins long and she hangs up and then bills you insurance company for a half hour.

Terrible. Really just terrible. She was rude, completely uncaring and not at all interested in hearing about any symptoms. Just wanted to tick the boxes and get paid. Worst doctor I’ve ever been to. Called at a different time than what the scheduled time and expected me to be available to launch into a meeting. No regard for confidentiality or respect for her patients. Do not recommend.

Incredibly poor bedside manner, did not take the time to explain or do her job, just said she couldn't help me after I said i was experiencing unwanted side effects. Clearly never reviewed my chart, hung up on me multiple times, acted like a child. Not professional at all.
