Dr. Lotito has been my primary care physician for many years and knows that I am an activiated patient. So when I call, it is usually for an important issue. She is always responsive to any issues that I raise. Most recently, I was in a bike accident and called the office while in the emergency room. Luckily, she was on call and took my phone call. It helped a lot to talk with her to work out my care plan and find a referral to a hand surgeon. I trust her knowledge of clinical practice.

Dr.Lotito is the best of all the primary care doctors that I have ever seen in my 41 years life. She is so brilliant, knowledgable, up to date and explains so clearly that anyone can understand. But as she is the best, everyone wants to make appointment with her besides 6 other doctors working in this facility. The other doctors are no where near this doctor. I have seen all the other doctors mostly with big disappointments.
