Dr. Mayes, is a wonderful Neurologist, she speaks Portuguese and Spanish which gives her an advantage in treating diversity of patients. I trust her judgement and expertise. She makes me feel fantastically even though I am seeing her because of my medical condition (I feel like I am having tea with my best friend. Way to Go Dr. Mayes! I love you!

I’m seeing Dr Mayes in order to reduce the frequency of my migraine headaches. Dr Mayes never feel like she has to rush off somewhere else which is quite refreshing these days. I have absolute confidence in her knowledge and trust her completely.

Dr. Mayes took her time with me and answered all of my questions. She is very through. Dr. Mayes found 2 important issues, 1 required surgery. She got me to the right specialist and I feel she saved my life. I trust and highly recommend Dr. Mayes.

Dr. Mayes has a wonderful combination of bedside manner and expertise. She is very patient and respectful of each individual, regardless of ability/disability. She truly approaches medicine as a consultative process in conjunction with the patient and family. There are few neurologists who have her degree of interpersonal skills and empathy.
