Horrible long waits doesn’t care for patient not the dr I would go to

I had a wonderful experience both times I visited Dr. Miller. The staff was courteous and attentive.

I was nervous as heck about having my front teeth removed, I asked some dumb questions but the staff was very helpful and kind. Due to family medical history, I opted out of general anesthesia. Dr. Miller saw that I was terrified and she told me "Don't be scared" and as weird as it sounds, that really helped me. The local anesthesia was so well done I felt nothing until the next day.

I have had several procedures with this doctor and she is a very friendly knowledgeable doctor. HOWEVER my 3rd procedure was a nightmare due to her incompetent office staff and issues with them billing my insurance. Her office staff did NOT communicate to me that a $90 payment would be due before the insurance preapproved $1000 procedure was performed. They scheduled my appointment and demanded payment before the procedure WITHOUT any notice. I said I would have to reschedule but they said I would not be allowed since I was wasting 90 minutes the doctor scheduled for me. So she loses 90 minutes of her time, a patient, and a $1000 payment because her staff wouldn't bill me $90 that she wasn't allowed to even charge me in the first place, as she is an in network doctor for my insurance. My insurance company said they are not permitted to charge me a copay at all and I have filed a complaint. I would have paid her $90, foolishly, had they just agreed to bill me.

The office staff was nice and friendly. The office was very clean. There was no wait time. I got an appointment right away! I highly recommend but it's the commute for me. Thank you for your services! Ps the oral surgeon was very knowledgeable and explained everything.

Poor office staff.Refused to submit to insurance co after they failed to do it right for 5 weeks. Then when they sent my dentist referral back, they send one from 3 years ago.... The Dr is good; but a review of comments of others consistantly shows a abusive uncooperative staff

I called and the office and the receptionist was unnecessarily difficult and refused to answer a simple question, it seemed she was playing a power game. I have seen the doctor before and she is fine but if she hired friendly good natured staff she'd most likely have far more business. That staff member made me decide to go elsewhere and if the Dr knew she was treating potential patients like that she might even be fired. Uncalled for behavior and for what?

Terrible wait times. Waited an hour and a half. Staff never informed us dentist was running behind. Dentist was knowledgeable but they need better office staff and techs.

Very Rude and Nasty Staff. Office is Very Filthy and Contaminated. Doctor is Ok but Would Never Go Back...

Have had the best treatment with minimal pain. I would like her for my regular dentist.

Dr Miller is kind, professional, nice, friendly, modest, cool and most importantly a very experienced dentist. She extracted three of my teeth in less than five minutes without any pain or discomfort... Thank you Dr. Miller and stuff! You ate THE BEST!!!

Dentist - Crass and arrogant Office staff - Incompetent
