Dr. Mueller was extremely patient and kind and provided me a sense of relief that she was figuring out a diagnosis, to be treated accordingly. The office staff also was competent and kind.

Yes I would. She has great knowledge in her specialty and take time to listen . Yes I will absolutely recommend her.

This rating is about Dr.Mueller’s office staff. They are horrible! They have zero compassion for the patients. I was denied seeing the doctor because I had two insurances instead of one. It was an error on the part of my previous insurance. The point is that I had insurance, yet they would not let me see the doctor despite my crying that I was in pain and had driven an hour for my appointment. They rarely answer the phones and when they do, they rudely put you on hold and leave you there for long periods (22 minutes my longest wait). They are just plain rude!

I only have great things to say about Dr. Mueller. I cannot comprehend any bad reviews. I have a rare autoimmune condition, I am also relatively young and a single mother. Dr. mueller is a wonderful clinician and human being. She was so caring, and understanding of my concerns for my well being. She held my hand as I sobbed scared, since I did not know what I had. She went through all my labs meticulously and immediately contacted a reputable hematologist, whom she trusts. It was incredible, I was +/- diagnosed as they both spoke and concurred I had an autoimmune condition. I cannot thank Dr. Mueller enough for her time, her dedication, her compassion and her quick analytical review of my labs and symptoms, together with the hematologist. She did not leave me in the room until she got an answer. I thank God every day for her care, I know I am and will always be in great hands. I am indebted both to her and my other specialist.

I have been a patient of Dr. Mueller for the past 8 years. She is a kind and caring clinician who has helped me with numerous joint-pain issues. She takes her time to explain your medical condition and options for treatment. She is a good listener who cares about a patient's well-being and also their personal interests as well.

I cannot rate Dr Mueller since today would have been my first appointment with her. I can tell you, however, that I had a terrible experience with her office staff. I was given an appointment for today, 11/15, 2019, only to find out when I arrived to the office that I had not been scheduled for an appointment, nor did they have a record of the call made to me indicating that the appointment was at 8:45 and I needed to be there at 8:15 to do the registration for new patients. It was inconceivable to me that something like this could happen, but it did. I was given no explanation for the mess up and all I got was that they were sorry for the inconvenience. My experience, therefore, leaves a lot to be desired. Even though the doctor has good reviews, I'm not sure I want to deal with the office staff again. I found them unsympathetic and uncaring. For that reason, I'm giving a one star rating. The star is a reflection of the office staff and not the doctor. I have no basis to rate her

She’s one of those Doctors that’s so caring. She explains everything to you thoroughly, takes her time to listen and and answer all questions and concerns. She’s not the kind of doctor that just prescribe meds and expect you to just take it. She gives you options. She understands that every patient is different. What works for one won’t work for others. Her overall understanding & knowledge is what clings me to her. After having 2 Rheuma before her, she’s definitely at the top of the best.

I have been a patient of Dr Mueller for over 8 yrs. I have SLE lupus and other related incurable diseases which under her care, the disease has not advanced, side effects are managed with care and concern. When I’m in crisis mode she works very closely and carefully with me explaining the why and why nots. She always in a good mood, sensitive to my needs, listens carefully, answers questions in regular language terms, isn’t in a rush, support staff runs like a well oiled machine. Awesome Doctor!

I would not recommend Dr. Mueller to family and friends

Dr Mueller deserves 5 stars, she is kind and so knowledgeable, I was recommended to her due to a positive ANA diagnosis and she was so understanding and ran all kinds of tests to try to figure out this mystery diagnosis and put me on treatment, I really wish there was a Dr Mueller in all specialties! I highly recommend Dr Mueller to anyone looking for an exceptional rheumatologist.

Dr. Mueller is the most understanding and kind Doctor I have ever had. If I have a particularly bad Lupus flare she will even make time to see me on a busy day. She helped me get my Lupus under control. She does not over prescribe and is always looking for the right medications that will help her patients have the most pain free and mobile lives. If it wasn't for her I don't believe I would have been able to get my Lupus under control.
