I went in for a doctor’s note to hold me over at work until i could see a specialist. She was extremely dismissive and rude the entire time, simultaneously acting like there was nothing wrong with me, and that I wasn’t doing enough to help myself (I haven’t seen the specialist yet nor gotten a diagnosis, I have no idea how to help myself yet.) When giving the physical exam, she was rough, and actually put a good amount of pressure on the exact spot i am in pain. I have never physically recoiled like that. It brought me to immediate tears because of the pain, and when i said “ow, oh my god that hurt so much,” she said nothing and continued the exam as if nothing happened. I was bawling my eyes out because of the simultaneous physical pain and dismissal. The nurse had to comfort me. i, in no uncertain terms could not recommend this woman less. just another doctor who is jaded and unable to communicate properly.

Dr. Patricia Pangan has been my primary care physician for years. I've have moved away but the hours drive is worth it. She is kind, caring, and has always taken the time to speak with me about any concerns. That, along with her sense of humor, helps you thru all visits. I give her 5 stars over and over again and thank her for being who she is!

NO. I don't care how many credentials she has a physician. She was judgmental, dismissive and cruel because I am a smoker. I take full responsibility for my terminal diagnosis of emphysema. It was not good enough for her to know I will likely die a horrible death for my own BAD behavior and choices? I wonder where the stigma ends when you treat people as subhuman. I would suggest if you are overweight, a smoker, addicted, homeless, etc.. or have any condition that she may attribute to your behavior that she will judge, degrade and treat you with an attitude of disgust. One that undermines a persons willingness or ability to seek help. If you lack compassion, have no sense of human decency, you are more poison to society than nicotine or any other drug. For whatever your credentials, lack of good character, human kindness and decency make you and those of your ilk, the greatest ill and menace to a better society. I suggest you focus less on medicine and more on becoming a better human

I left her office in tears. I have never ever felt the need to write a review for somewhere, but maybe this will deter someone from seeing her. I was seen 45 minutes late, seen for all of 6 minutes, she treated me as if I was an inconvenience that she couldn’t be bothered with. In those 6 minutes, she felt she could diagnose me with a life altering condition, yet offered NO treatment or course of action?? When the visit was done, she left the room without giving me any further instruction, or even informing me the visit was done. I sat there for about 10 minutes before realizing she was not coming back. DO NOT waste your time or money. Will be switching pcps immediately.

She was rude and unprofessional. Came into the appt late, acted like I was inconveniencing her the entire time. Interrupted me multiple times, including while I was trying to answer questions she asked. She told me that a medical condition I was concerned about never causes pain and is only found incidentally.. that is factually incorrect. I was doubled over in pain and she told me to just improve my posture. She was so dismissive, I cried in my car after bc I felt so frustrated and insulted.

Missed Dx a family member which lead to a delay in treatment options which in the end was fatal. Many complaints about just looking at her computer during patient visits and not thoroughly looking in patient symptoms. Lack of urgency
