Excellent care for over 10 years
Dr. Patricia Poling is very professional and efficient. She is entirely “present” during each appointment and takes notes which she gives to you after the appointment. The patient portal makes it very easy to communicate with the doctors and other personnel with questions or just information. I have been totally satisfied with the care I have received for many years.

She is a horrible doctor. Wouldn’t take my wife bc she is pregnant and gave her the run around. I would highly suggest another doctor there are plenty in this town. No wonder her practice is closed if that’s how she treats patients.

I’ve been a patient of doctor Poling for three years and can’t say enough good things about her. I have seen some of the top physicians in NYC and none can hold a candle to her. I always feel better, mentally if not physically when I leave her office. When I have a question I simply email her through the patient portal and she or her staff gets back to me within a few hours. She’s the best

Dr. Patricia Poling has been my family’s doctor for close to 9 years. I can’t imagine seeing anyone else. She is kind, knowledgeable, down to earth, and most importantly patient. I trust her expertise and know she will always guide my family in the right direction. I highly recommended her to anyone seeking the best possible medical care.

Dr Poling is a great Dr but the only time you will see her is at your annual appt. which you have to schedule months and months in advance. Also I called the office and wanted the Dr or PA to call me to give me advice on where to take a family member . This family member was not a patient of Dr Poling but I felt I could really use her advice on where to go . The front office staff would not even tell Dr Poling I had called or the PA . I called again pleading with them and they wouldn’t have her call me . I really would not choose this office . The front desk is horrible and not compassionate at all .

Dr. Poling is without qualifications one of the best medical doctors that i have ever worked with. In addition to being a first class internal medicine practitioner, she has a first class personality (client savvy) that makes going to "see a doctor" a pleasure!

Dr. Poling is a refreshing countenance in medical practice. She is gracious, competent, and helpful in so many ways. She takes notes of our meetings and gives me a copy when I leave. Notes are also available for review online. The patient portal online allows me to request appointments or just ask questions and gives me test results. This saves phone calls and allows access to office staff. The office is always busy and bustling but upbeat. I feel very fortunate to be a patient here.

Dr. Patricia is very good but have on SEVERAL occasions had bad experiences with the front office staff, specifically Lori, on the phone. Her abrasive way of speaking with me when I'm not feeling well has been intimidating to the point that I have difficulty communicating my requests or needs.

I found Dr. Patricia Poling to be very thoughtful and knowledgeable about my condition. She was able to explain what was going to with my in terms that were easy for me to understand. She seemed compassionate and referred me to a specialist when that became necessary. I would highly recommend Dr. Poling.

I think Dr. Pat is wonderful. She doesn't rush you, she talks to you and explains things to you which is very important to me. You may have to wait a little bit for her but that's fine as long as she gives you the time you need to get your answers and the care that you need, which you do.
