I needed a annual checkup. I turned 50 years old. The only thing she did was check my blood pressure. She did not even check my weight on the scale. I get we are living in covid timed but she has done this before then. She sat way across the room. Not only did she do it during covid times but way before covid. She did not touch me at all. Every doctor I have had before check your lungs and also your breast.

my experience with dr patricia roy was mediocre.she came in the exam room and did the usual thing:check blood pressure, listen to heart & lungs, and get on scale. when I call the office they never call me back.I just called last week and someone actually answered.I needed refills on some of my medications.I am going to look for a different doctor because she doubled the dosage on one of my medications without doing an exam and consulting with me

Dr. Roy, was scratching her head, during an initial patient consultation- not listening to my concerns, symptoms, etc... She continued to dig something out of her head/hair and then observed it intently- during the exam. Playing with her nail polish... Poor communication/no interest in pt THE PHONE IS NEVER ANSWERED IN THIS CLINIC. As a matter of fact, they turn them on late in the morning, and early in the evening. Office doesn't close til 5, and at 4:14p no one will answer the phone.
