Dr. Patricio Grob, MD

He would have liked if I kept the cast or bandage two un needed weeksfor his convenience his staff would not allow me to get a sooner appointment.I insisted and called frequently luckily my cast bandages and stitches wereremoved sooner as I requested or I would have had my arm stabilized for noreason and way too long. it took me two years to get better, in pain still, but I got better becauseI insisted on my own treatment not the convenience of Dr. Grob.

Dr Grob is out of network with Aetna. After the office filed a claim Aetna paid $600 instead of $8000 that he initially sought. The person at the billing office, Maria, tricked my wife into signing a paper that their lawyer will be representing her because, as she said, without her signature, she couldn't even sent her medical records to Aetna in order to dispute the amount. I also spent a lot of time arguing with Aetna on the doctor's behalf because I do believe the doctor has to be paid. At the end the doctor's office got another 5K and still wants money from us. Bottom line: DO NOT COOPERATE, DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING, make it their problem, the doctor is too greedy.

I had a pretty awful experience with Dr. Grob. I was brought in to trauma unit at Morristown after an accident. He didn't seem to have a firm grasp of my situation, he didn't adequately inform me (or my family which includes doctors) of what he aimed to accomplish in surgery, he didn't seem interested or have time to hear from me, and never followed up post surgery. A number of days later a different surgeon came and told me that when Dr. Grob did the surgery, which was to reclose wounds to avoid infection, he should have also reset some of the breaks to help when I had reconstructive surgery. He missed that opportunity so I had to get another surgery.

Although I wasn't able to use Dr, Grob, his office and sincere caring about my condition, gives them this rating they were supportive, helpful and recomended a different doctor to see whom is just as supporting and caring. Thank You again RH

I was admitted to Morristown Memorial this week by ambulance and assigned to Dr Grob for a back injury. Though Dr Grob was the physician on my chart he never once came to see me. I asked the nursing staff when he would be making rounds or be in for an orthopedic consult, instead I was only seen by Physician Assistant's. If Dr Grob was too busy to see a hospitalized patient with a fractured spine should he have accepted this assignment ??
