Dr. Bovino, Exceptionally Skilled!!!
Dr. Bovino is excellent. Anyone getting Dr. Bovino, count your lucky stars. I was there July 6 24 with a tri lateral malleolus fracture aka broken ankle. Dr. Bovino reset my ankle and made a plaster splint. When he was getting the plaster ready, other ER nurses and staff were commenting, we don't normally use plaster. Dr. B stated we are today. Service and care was exceptional and I was fortunate to land in his care. I had a followup visit with an Orthopedic Surgeon in another facility. When he saw the splint he asked if I had already seen another Orthopedic Dr. When I informed him what he was seeing was done in the ER he was impressed. I don't normally see this level of expertise dealing with this type of ankle injury from an ER Dr. He did a followup XRay and said the reset of the ankle done by Dr. Bovino was perfect. I am currently on the long road to recovery. Thank you Dr. Pat. BTW, post surgery and surgeon. also used a plaster cast for first 2 weeks post op.

Not a Thorough Physician
When bringing my father to the ER, Dr. Bovino displayed poor quality of care and empathy towards my father. He offered vague explanations and did not ensure my father's understanding. Even when simply asked to receive a bottle of water, Bovino nodded, walked out and then no water was brought. He is just not a care physician and the quality of care that I've witnessed him provide is not conducive to healing in the slightest.
