Answered back promptly!
I tried to call my husbands Dr this past weekend and Dr Frey was the “on call” Dr. He called us back right away and I was very impressed. This call kept us from going to ER on a weekend. Thank you very much!

No respect for patient's time
Referred by my PCP for an initial consult regarding elevated PSA. Completed all paperwork before scheduled appointment, but still arrived early. Waited 15 minutes past scheduled appointment time in waiting room (no big deal), but then sat in exam room another 45 minutes. Never saw the doctor; at one time a nurse came in and said she thought the room was empty! No sign that the doctor was going to show (1 hour LATE), so I had the front office person cancel the credit card payment that hit at the time that I checked in and I left. Will not return! Doctor's time MIGHT be worth more dollars than mine, but his time is certainly not more VALUABLE than mine (or any other patient's)!

Dr. Frey is a caring and patient doctor. He genuinely cares for his patients. Dr. Frey takes the time to both listen, and is thorough in his explanation of care and treatment. During a recent lithotripsy, Dr. Frey used a special technique to protect my kidney, while blasting the stone away. I am both impressed and thankful to have such a great doctor.

First visit to check a lump. Dr. Frey rushed, was very impatient, not thorough, did not do a full check up, did not explain much. Opened the door and said out loud a comment about my private condition that other patients in the hallway and lobby heard. He was disrespectful and unprofessional. Clearly I was not worth his time. I will never trust this Dr., I did not get the basic care i expected. The following week I found a much better doctor at a different practice who diagnosed two conditions (one requiring surgery) both of which Dr. Frey totally missed!!!

Beware of Dr Patrick Frey. He put a stent in the wrong urethra on 3/31/19 and had to repeat the surgery on the damaged urethra (4/1/19). He had diagnosed the damaged urethra. He was negligent. He didn’t return 3 calls so Dr Bruner helped me. He told me he didn’t get my calls and blamed his call center. I had a CAT scan that his admin staff ordered without his knowledge. His office manager called me to apologize. He recommended a sonogram in May in 90 days. I haven’t heard from him since May. As I said, use extreme caution with him. He obviously wants this to go away.

Amazing Results with TURP procedure by Dr. Frey. It took 10 years on medication that was no longer working to take this step and this doctor made this possible. He was very understanding and compassionate and really made a difficult situation a positive life changing experience.

Office staff was great. They said first available appointment was not until 6 weeks from now, however they called me back and and I was able to go the same day. My visit yesterday was disappointing in that he only spent a minute with me. All I have is KIDNEY STONE, however, I have extensive medical Hx and kidney issues to include multiple surgeries and I was hoping for a little more personal service. His bedside manners could have been better. He said 'What can I do for you today'. Not caring.

Two years ago January (2014). Dr Frey treated my case of epididymitis with 12 weeks of Prednisone. 40mg graduating to 10mg to finish. My current health condition due to his lack of knowledge of the drug dangers has left me with Chronic Pancreatitis and Liver Disease. I have been unable to attend work since May of 2014 due to how deathly ill this has made me. I went back to his office to let him know what had taken place and for closure. His response to me was what do you want me to do about it
