Very Impressed
I don't normally leave a review, but I was very impressed with Dr. Gatmaitan. My mother had a pretty complex procedure last Thursday. He came in and talked to us before the surgery and explained what he would be doing. He called me right after the surgery, to update me and he also let me know my mom would look swollen because of the gas they used which really helped prepare me before I saw her. He also came by the room that afternoon before he left that day to check on her. Also, the nurse said he called during the night to check on her. The next morning, the pain medicine didn't seem to be controlling the pain, so we asked the nurse if he could change the pain medicine. This was Saturday and Dr. Gatmaitan was plaining to go out of town, but he came by the hospital first to check on my mom. After my mom described the area she was having pain, he prescribed her a muscle relaxer. Not only was he very attentive he was very nice and polite, and I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr Gatmaitan was my doctor until he showed his temper for no reason. He barked at me like I was his employee instead of a patient who was paying him then he called his employees in to try to embarrass me. I was one step away from showing him what the military did with his tax dollars. Very unprofessional. Went to a new doctor and when they asked why I wasn't letting Gatmaitan perform my surgery I was happy to tell them.
