On the edge without a net
Telehealth
Not at all personable and office staff (Linda) is just rude. Cares more about making money than providing care to his patients. Refuses to provide refills without first being seen. Sets appointments out further than medication supplies. Then cancels appointments on the day of, if you have any outstanding balance. This treatment, especially in psychiatric patients, does more harm than good. Definitely contrary to his hypocritical oath.

Horrible staff
His office staff is horrible. Could not connect on zoom twice. Could not refill my extremely important medication. Left a message and was never returned. When asked when I could expect a call I was told that she couldn’t tell me when. Plan on taking this further up the chain. Poor excuse for staff which is a direct reflection of the doctor!

Dr. Henderson is a wonderful psychiatrist
I love working with Dr. Henderson to medically manage my Adult ADHD. He’s personable, professional, and takes the time to chat with me every video call. The process of refilling my prescription every month is however very challenging. In order to refill my prescription I leave a voicemail at their given office number and no one ever calls me back. I either receive a refill and I am notified by Walgreens or I do not receive a refill. I am a professional working adult and I have the ability to follow up with this business every month, however with my ADHD it’s fairly frustrating for me to have to call a voicemail line and not know whether or not I will receive my prescription on time. In summary- I definitely recommend Dr. Henderson. I DO NOT recommend St. Francis office staff.
